Demand Generation Manager (North America)

We’re hiring for a key role on our marketing team: Demand Generation Manager.
We’ve built a solid demand program, but we need someone to take it to the next level—scaling what works and introducing fresh ideas to increase brand awareness and drive high-quality pipeline. What you'll do:
- Oversee Paid Ads: Work with contractors to run campaigns that generate awareness and pipeline. You’ve got a knack for creating ads that grab attention and are anything but boring.
- Lead Virtual Events Program: Manage virtual events that drive registrations and pipeline by spotlighting thought leadership and compelling customer stories.
- Grow Influencer Relationships: Build and nurture connections with influencers to create impactful content, grow visibility, and drive pipeline.
- Shape Nurture Strategies: Help us discover authentic ways to nurture leads—beyond cookie-cutter email flows.
- Drive ABM Programs: Develop targeted account-based strategies to engage high-value prospects and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Support Partner Programs: Collaborate with partners on referral and co-marketing initiatives that generate quality leads.
- Align with Sales Development: Keep the SDR team in sync with marketing efforts and equip them with the tools to follow up effectively.
- Manage Program Effectiveness: Monitor metrics, own data accuracy, and partner with Marketing Ops to resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle Demand Budget: Use Uptempo software to manage budgets, align with the marketing plan, and measure business impact.
About You:
- 5–7 Years of Experience: You’re experienced in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company and know how to drive results.
- Write with Impact: Craft short-form copy for landing pages, emails, and paid placements that speaks to your audience.
- Produce Thoughtful Briefs: You create clear, detailed briefs that keep the team aligned and focused.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re highly proficient with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, WordPress, and Asana.
- A People Person: You collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, making meetings productive and resolving conflicts confidently.
- Opinionated Yet Humble: You’re data-driven and ready to debate ideas, while remaining open to others’ perspectives.
- AI Enthusiast: You see AI as a tool to innovate and accelerate work—not a replacement for creativity.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 USD, depending on your experience, tools expertise, and ability to build relationships with influencers and partners.

Interview #1 with the Hiring Manager: A 60-minute video call with our SVP of Marketing.
Interview #2 with the Hiring Manager: A 60-minute video call with our SVP of Marketing.
Panel Interview: A 60-minute video call with our CMO, our Director of Sales Development, our Senior Content Marketing Manager, and our SVP of Marketing. Be ready to present a successful demand campaign you’ve led.
