Technical Program Manager (Bulgaria)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving technical programs that span across multiple engineering, support, operations, and customer-facing teams. The role requires collaboration with teams from different regions, including North America and Europe, to ensure smooth delivery of our Unified Platform, effective incident management, and timely prioritization of both feature development and customer issues.
As a TPM, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining workflows, tracking status, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You’ll also work closely with various cross-functional teams, including Development, Support, Professional Services, and Operations, to ensure we meet both internal and customer-facing goals.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support Teams: Work closely with Development (DEV) and Support teams to attend customer bug review meetings. Help prioritize, clarify missing information from tickets, and track the status of each bug or feature request, ensuring that the right stakeholders are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaborations with multiple teams, including Support, Professional Services, and Operations, to ensure new customers receive their environments on time and as requested, maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate Monthly Deployments: Oversee and coordinate monthly deployments of the Unified Platform in collaboration with Support and Operations teams. Ensure that deployments run smoothly, and that all tasks are on schedule.
- Incident Management Coordination: Be the primary point of contact for coordinating and managing incidents with Support and Operations teams, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and minimal customer impact.
- Global Prioritization: Establish and manage a global prioritization process that incorporates both feature development and customer bug fixes. Work closely with stakeholders across different regions to ensure the right tasks are prioritized based on business needs and customer impact.
- Status Reporting: Regularly report on the status of all ongoing programs, projects, and initiatives. Provide updates to stakeholders, highlighting key issues, risks, and accomplishments.
- Support Operational Prioritization: Support Operations in managing the global prioritization of tasks, balancing internal and external stakeholder needs, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Regional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teams based in North America and Europe, ensuring alignment across time zones and cultures to drive successful program outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in a Technical Program Management or related role in an engineering environment, with proven success in managing cross-functional technical programs.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with remote teams across different regions (North America, Europe). Ability to work closely with Support, Development, Professional Services, and Operations teams to drive project success.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of software development, engineering processes, and technical terminology. Experience working with Unified Platforms or similar large-scale, complex systems is a plus.
- Prioritization and Decision Making: Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with global prioritization processes and balancing customer requests with feature development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable reporting to senior stakeholders and presenting complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and resolving conflicts. Ability to manage complex technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Tools:Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred but not required.
