Sales Enablement Manager (North America)
We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to lead GTM training, scale Force Management programs, and drive sales performance across teams in a fast-paced MarTech environment.
We’re hiring a dedicated Sales Enablement Manager to run, and scale sales enablement programs that drive performance across all GTM roles—AEs, SEs, AMs, and SDRs. You’ll be a critical force in operationalizing Force Management’s Command of the Message, accelerating top line growth, and building confidence and consistency into every stage of the buyer journey.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute enablement programs across onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching for AEs, SEs, AMs, and SDRs.
- Own onboarding for new GTM hires, reducing time-to-productivity with structured onboarding plans and certifications.
- Lead the rollout and continuous enablement of Force Management's Command of the Message, embedding key messaging and frameworks across the sales motion.
- Create skills assessments and individual learning plans for each member of the GTM teams.
- Build enablement content and assets (playbooks, talk tracks, sales decks, objection-handling guides) in collaboration with product marketing, sales leaders, and product management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Education, Marketing, Product, and CX to align messaging, launches, personas, and value drivers.
- Manage the enablement tech stack (e.g., Accord, Gong, Salesforce, SharePoint) to ensure tools are used effectively.
- Measure enablement impact through pipeline conversion, win rates, ramp speed, and quota attainment.
- Support live deal strategy and opportunity coaching on an ad-hoc basis, helping reps position value and differentiation in competitive deals.
- Project manage and plan in remote and in-person enablement events, including Force Management training, SKOs, and QBRs.
Skills & experience we're excited about:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales, or revenue operations (MarTech or enterprise SaaS preferred).
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Proven experience deploying sales methodologies (Force Management’s Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, etc.).
- Strong content creation, instructional design, and adult learning facilitation skills.
- Experience enabling multiple GTM personas (SDR, AE, SE, AM) across both inbound and outbound motions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Passion for growth, learning, and building programs from scratch.
- Familiar with sales software like Salesforce, Gong, Accord, Ascender, and SharePoint or Clari.
